We will be working on several projects during the semester. Students will have the opportunity to use different stitches and techniques with the sewing machine. You will need to go to the fabric store only two or three times during the semester to purchase fabric. I will send home vouchers and information. The other projects will be kits that we order or we will be using fabric and supplies that I have purchased. We will also be incorporating more technology into the class this semester. Students that get behind will need to come into before or stay after school to catch-up. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

9/12/08 We are just completing the fleece hats and will start the footballs.
11/6 Starting to cut out fabric for the quilting project. Final test will be boxer shorts-they should have a voucher for this already. They will complete this project without help from me....can they follow directions and problem solve?? We will also be doing a decorating project at the end of the quarter-if they got $500, what changes would they make to their bedroom?
